• All orders are processed within 2–5 working days after payment confirmation.

• For customised, made-to-order, or personalised jewellery, processing may take 7–15 working days.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Delivery Time

• Domestic Shipping (Within India): 3–7 working days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 working days

• International shipping (if applicable): 7–15 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

For international orders, shipping charges and customs duties (if any) will be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Tracking ID

• Courier partner details

You can track your order using the tracking link shared via email or SMS.

5. Packaging & Security

• All jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging.

• High-value orders may require OTP verification at the time of delivery.

• Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged or tampered.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

• Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Nayani & Co. will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
